  • 2. Curb Appeal Audit + Photo Sketch – We take photos of your home exterior, highlight weak spots, provide improvement ideas for steps, pathways, lighting, landscaping, railings, and include a simple sketch showing recommended upgrades.
  • 3. Kitchen / Bath Face-Lift Strategy – We review your kitchen or bathroom layout and provide low-cost makeover ideas (hardware, paint, lighting, tile, doors), materials to use, and create 3 budget paths: Minimal Refresh, Smart Upgrade, Full Glow-Up.
  • 4. Masonry & Concrete Health Check – Professional inspection of your steps, sidewalks, pavers, patios, retaining walls, cracks, settlement, and drainage issues — includes a condition report and recommended fixes before damage worsens.
  • 5. Home Safety & Trip Hazard Walkthrough – Identify all safety risks including uneven flooring, loose railings, bad transitions, slippery surfaces, and tripping hazards. You receive a safety report with required and optional corrections.
  • 6. “Decode My Quotes” Second-Opinion Session – Bring your contractor estimates. We explain line items, find red flags, point out missing items, compare pricing, and help you avoid scams or overpriced proposals.
  • 7. Materials Shopping Buddy – In-store or virtual guidance choosing tile, grout, flooring, vanities, fixtures, pavers, paint, and hardware. We advise on durability, maintenance, and style to prevent costly wrong purchases.
  • 8. Front Stoop Glow-Up – Light cleaning of your entry steps, railing wipe-down, small caulk touch-ups, and a cosmetic polish to improve first impressions without major work.
  • 9. Sidewalk / Walkway Power-Wash Strip – We clean the most visible 20–25 feet of your walkway or sidewalk to instantly brighten curb appeal. Includes spot scrubbing of heavy dirt areas.

Rules & Exclusions

Must be owner-occupied. No rentals, vacant properties, or businesses. One perk per household per month.

All perks are small, quick, non-technical tasks that can be safely completed in under one hour.

No ladders over 6 ft, no live electric, gas, chemicals, pests, or roof access.

If a perk is unsafe, too large, or requires skilled labor, it may be declined and a paid estimate offered.

Outdoor perks may be postponed due to weather. Monthly availability is limited.

Homeowner must provide safe access, move pets, unlock gates, and remove hazards.

Labor is included. Materials must be supplied by the homeowner unless stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for old or fragile items that break under normal work conditions.

Basic before/after photos may be taken unless you request opt-out before the visit.

Perks cannot be stacked, sold, transferred, or repeatedly used on the same recurring issue.

Two winners each month. Must live in our service area. No cash value. Non-transferable.

Hammer Brick & Home LLC may update, pause, or end perks at any time.

The latest version on this website overrides all older or printed versions.
