Roofing & Exterior
Yes. We are a full-service roofing contractor. We handle Flat Roofs (Rubber/EPDM) common in Brooklyn/Queens, and Shingle Roofs for Staten Island/NJ.
If your roof is 20+ years old, shingles are curling, or you have multiple leaks, replacement is usually the smarter investment. If it's a single leak from storm damage, a repair is often enough. We will give you an honest assessment.

Process, Materials & Safety
Rough Materials: We buy all the "rough" stuff (lumber, drywall, concrete, piping).
Finish Materials: You choose the style! You buy the tiles, vanities, and fixtures you love, and we install them. If needed, we can transport them for you.
No. We perform a "Daily Clean-Up." We sweep the work area, stack materials neatly, and use a magnet to pick up nails before we leave each day.
It happens! We use a simple Change Order form. If you want to add a window or change a tile layout, we give you the price in writing, you approve it, and we proceed. No hidden bills at the end.
This is common in older homes. If we uncover hidden rot or plumbing issues, we stop immediately, document it with photos, and provide a clear "Change Order" price for your approval before proceeding.
