How "Progress Payments" Work
For standard renovations (Kitchens, Baths, Masonry), we split the cost into 3 simple payments.
Small deposit to lock in your start date on our calendar.
Due on Day 1 when materials, equipment, and crew arrive at your property.
Due only when the job is finished, the site is clean, and we have done the final walk-through.
*For smaller service jobs (under $1,000), payment is due in full upon completion. Larger custom projects may have 4-5 milestones.
Accepted Payment Methods
We make it easy to pay securely. You receive a digital invoice for every transaction.
- Zelle / Bank Transfer: Preferred method. Instant and secure.
- Cash: Accepted with a written receipt.
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex (Processing fees may apply).
- Checks: Certified checks accepted for deposits.
Need Points?
Many of our clients use their own credit cards to pay for materials or milestones to rack up travel points or cash back.
Since we don't offer interest-loans, using your own rewards card is a smart way to manage cash flow while we work.

Payment FAQs
Do you offer financing through banks like Hearth?
No. We are an independent, family-owned business. We do not partner with third-party lenders that charge our neighbors high interest rates. We strictly offer 0% interest progress payments.
Can I pay for materials directly?
Yes! For "Signature" tier projects, many clients prefer to buy their own tiles, vanities, or fixtures directly to control the budget. We simply charge for the labor to install them.
What happens if the project is delayed?
You don't pay. Our payment schedule is based on work completed, not dates on a calendar. If we haven't reached the milestone, you don't write the check. This protects you completely.
