We seal small, non-structural cracks in steps and walkways to slow water damage and freeze–thaw wear.

Typically bundled into Basic masonry visits; size limits apply and structural cracks are excluded.

Basic Door & Cabinet Tune-Up +

We adjust sticking doors, tighten hinges, fix basic cabinet alignment, and handle small hardware swaps within the scheduled visit time.

We repair a limited number of nail pops, small dents, and tiny holes each visit, then leave walls paint-ready or touch up if paint is provided.

We schedule a deeper clean once a year on key paver or concrete areas, plus ongoing joint touch-ups to extend the life of your hardscape.

Included in many Premium plans; full sand & seal for entire patios/driveways remains a one-time package above.

Premium Accent Wall or Small Room Per Cycle +

On a set schedule, we repaint one small room or accent wall at a time, keeping the house cycling through fresh spaces without doing everything at once.

Twice a year, we edge beds, top up mulch, and add a small number of seasonal plants so the home looks cared for from the street.
